1. Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the Credlinko website (credlinko.com) and mobile applications
• "Services" refers to loan comparison, eligibility checks, and application facilitation services
• "User" or "You" refers to any individual using our Platform
• "Lending Partners" refers to RBI-registered banks and NBFCs on our platform
• "We", "Us", or "Credlinko" refers to Credlinko Financial Services Pvt. Ltd.

2. Nature of Services

2.1 Loan Aggregation Platform

Credlinko is a loan aggregation and comparison platform. We do not directly lend money or provide credit. Our role is to:

• Connect you with RBI-registered lending partners
• Facilitate loan application submissions
• Provide comparison tools and eligibility checks
• Assist in document submission

2.2 No Guarantee of Approval

We do not guarantee loan approval or any specific terms. All lending decisions are made by our partner lenders based on their own criteria. Eligibility shown on our platform is indicative and subject to lender verification.

3. User Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Be an Indian citizen or resident
• Have a valid PAN card and Aadhaar
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Not be prohibited from using such services under applicable laws

4. User Responsibilities

By using our Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Not submit false or misleading documents
• Not use the Platform for any illegal purposes
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not attempt to access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Platform

5. Information Accuracy

You represent and warrant that all information provided to us is accurate and complete. Any inaccurate or false information may result in:

• Rejection of your loan application
• Termination of your account
• Legal action as per applicable laws

6. Credit Information Consent

By using our Services, you expressly consent to:

• Credlinko accessing your credit information from credit bureaus
• Sharing your information with our lending partners
• Lending partners conducting their own credit checks

Our initial eligibility check is a "soft inquiry" that does not impact your credit score. Lenders may perform "hard inquiries" which could affect your score.

7. Fees and Charges

Credlinko services are free for users. We do not charge any fees for loan comparison or application submission. However, lending partners may charge:

• Processing fees
• Documentation charges
• Prepayment/foreclosure charges
• Late payment penalties

All such fees will be disclosed by the lender before you accept any loan offer.

8. Loan Terms

If your loan application is approved, the loan agreement will be between you and the lending partner directly. Please carefully review:

• Interest rates (fixed or floating)
• EMI amount and due dates
• Loan tenure
• All fees and charges
• Prepayment terms
• Default consequences

All content on our Platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and compilations, is owned by Credlinko or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks without authorization
• Reverse engineer our software or algorithms
• Scrape or extract data from our Platform

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Credlinko shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Actions or decisions of lending partners
• Loss of data or business interruption
• Unauthorized access to your information
• Any errors or inaccuracies in third-party content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Credlinko, its officers, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your provision of false information
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your use of loans obtained through our Platform

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Platform at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
